To promote your health and safety, we are now conducting all of our sessions via telehealth (secure video counseling).

Frequently Asked Questions About Scheduling

How do I reschedule my appointment?

The easiest way to reschedule is by clicking on the “cancel/reschedule” button at the bottom of your reminder email. You can also call 720-468-0101 to make changes to your appointment.

How do I schedule additional appointments and manage my schedule online?

To make future online scheduling a breeze, please click the “Register for an Account” button above (after scheduling your first appointment).

I don’t see the option to schedule with one of your counselors—what do I do next?

If you don’t see options to schedule with a certain counselor, it means that their schedule is currently full or that they are only offering telehealth sessions at this time. You can either choose a different counselor or call us to inquire about getting on a waiting list.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel with less than 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee. If you do not show up for your session, you will be charged the full amount for the session. The credit card information you provide upon scheduling (either online or over the phone) will be used for these charges.

Are there any forms I need to complete before my first session?

Yes. You can find the New Client Information Form here or on the link in your reminder email.

Where can I find directions to your office?

Directions to the office location you selected are included in your reminder email. You can also find directions here:
Denver Office
Centennial Office
Castle Rock Office

What are your fees?

A detailed list of our fees is found here.

Do you take insurance?

Although we do not bill insurance companies directly, at your request your therapist will provide you with a statement that you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you have a Flex Spending or HSA, you may be able to use that card for payment, resulting in some tax savings.

Please be aware that submitting an invoice for reimbursement from your insurance provider carries a certain amount of risk, as we cannot control how your information is used once submitted. Not all therapeutic issues are reimbursable; it is your responsibility to verify the specifics of your coverage. Contact your insurance provider to find out if they will reimburse you directly for the out-of-network services you are seeking.
