    Frequently Asked Questions

    What are your hours?
We meet with clients during both day and evening hours on weekdays. To see our appointment availability for a specific day or week, click here.  Please note that new clients should schedule their first appointment by telephone, as noted below.

How do I schedule an appointment?

    • New clients should schedule their first appointment by telephone.  This allows us to answer questions and provide essential information before your first session. Our main office telephone number is: 720.878.5159.
    • After the first session, clients can use my Online Appointment Scheduler: Simply click on the “schedule an appointment” button on the top navigation bar. You will be asked to enter your name and contact information, after which you will be able to schedule an appointment.

    Where is your office located?
Our office is located at 6590 South Vine Street, Suite 101, Centennial, CO 80121.  This is off of Arapahoe Road, just West of University Avenue.  Turn North onto South Vine Street by the Post Office, and our building is located a quarter mile down the road on the right hand side of the street.  For evening clients, please use the one-door entrance to our office on the West (right) side of the building, as the main double-door entrance on the North side is locked after 5:00 pm.  Relax in the waiting room, and your therapist will meet you at your scheduled appointment time.

    What are your fees?
Our fees range from $110 to $125 per 55-minute session, depending on which therapist you see. Longer sessions are pro-rated.

Are you on my insurance panel?
We do not bill insurance companies directly, but will give you a statement of services for you to submit to your insurance company at your request. Contact your insurance provider to find out if they will reimburse you directly for out-of-network mental health services.
